FAQS
1.- I cannot find my accommodation listed in the operator pick up locations as I make my booking. What can I select?
This operator only offers pick-ups from the hotel and hostel accommodations listed. This list covers over 90% of the accommodation providers in the area. They do not provide pick-ups or drop-offs at private residences, Airbnbs, bus terminals etc. If you cannot find your hotel on the list, please select an alternative pick up location close by and be ready for pick-up at the time shown on your booking confirmation.
2.- How physically fit do I need to be?
You don´t have to be super fit. The level of rafting is intermediate and you will be in the water for about one hour and thirty minutes.
3.- Is it possible to take my child with me?
The minimum age for our rafting trip is 8 years. We have all the equipment available, this includes sizes for children.
4.- What is the level/ difficulty of rafting and how much time will we spend in the water?
We run a 6 km section with rapids up to class IV with an approximate floating time of 1.15 to 1.30 hours in the river. The tour takes a total of around 3 hours in our beautiful Chilina Valley
5.- Is it true, that rafting can get dangerous during the rainy season (Dec-Apr)?
If it rains a lot, which happens mostly in February/March, the water level can get really high. In that case, we will not go to the river as the river can get too wild.
6.- I am traveling solo, is there a way to add me to another group that may be going on my date of travel?
If you are traveling alone, no problem. We have groups almost every day, so we can easily add you to one of them.
